One of my main tasks is managing the EDF local corporate website (DRUPAL), incl. its launch in 2012, update in 2014 and rebuilding in 2021: develop site plan and architecture, create content, supervise the building process, test (manual functional and regression testing), regularly update content and manage bugs (JIRA).

I was also leading the project of creation of the CIS community on internal corporate social network in 2010-2011: design, development and testing (functional and regression).

I manage relations with institutional partners (French Ambassy in Moscow, CCI France-Russia, AEB etc.) and external consultants (communication agencies, stand manufacturers etc.) and am in charge of organizing and running the Company’s participation in business forums and exhibitions, accelerator programs, incl. creation of marketing and publicity materials (from selecting a contractor and writing a clear and well-structured technical brief to testing and making adjustments to the final product).

Besides, I take part in building Communication around business projects in our zone. More specifically, I contribute to create press releases, brochures and other marketing materials, write posts on LinkedIn and articles for corporate newsletter, magazines and EDF social network.

The EDF Regional office is responsible for business development and institutional relations for the CIS, Georgia and Ukraine region.

At Hypernaut I had various tasks normally required from a PM in web development: from managing project timelines and status, organizing the team, tracking the progress, testing and providing smooth communication between the customer and the developers to ensuring quality work products are delivered to clients on time. We worked mostly for La Netscouade agency (Paris) and conducted a number of interesting projects in different fields: e.g., UNICEF, Ptrole Hahn, Campus France, Atelier des Sens, Navis Cup etc.

I led all the projects from establishing a quality communication with the customer and ensuring a clear understanding of the tasks for each project, then organizing and coordinating the work of the local development team (5-6 Ukrainian developers) to guarantee each website is delivered on time and in full accordance with initial requirements.

Testing was also a part of my every day duties: manual functional and regression testing.

In managing projects, I preferred more often agile methods and was especially attentive to the customer being embedded in the team and to the team being provided with constant and regular feedback. Attention to details was also one of the keys to success.

Hypernaut, created in 2006 in Kyiv, is a French web development company specializing in websites and web applications development, mobile and Facebook applications development, business application software development, especially CRM and in progressive and corrective maintenance.
