• Conducted patrol checks on Security Guards posted at different sites and issuing Patrol Check slips • Led the guards to maximize their job performance when weakness is present and promoting the strength by acknowledging it • Performed MSSI (Mobile Supervisory Site Inspection) ensuring that the site awareness, security basic skills and knowledge, rules of the client"s expectations and G4S"s policy are conformed • Conducted scheduling matters by receiving book offs from the Guards and utilizing TimeGate system to source for appropriate replacement to sustain contractual obligation before the client • Attended sites and mitigating different issues between the Guards, public threat and guiding them to them most suitable option or solution • Took disciplinary action against the guards by issuing Employee Record Warning for deviating from the rules and addressing to Human Resources Department and Area Manager for follow up • Completed WSIB forms to injured workers and investigating the matter to provide facts to the appropriate parties • Conducted follow ups by visiting sites and making sure that the Guard is back to normal • Delivered issued uniform to sites, collecting pay cheques and providing different sheets/document requests to the guards upon request • Communicated with the property managers in order to satisfy their needs in terms of scheduling issues, extra guard coverage request and personal request to hit sites for quality check patrol. • Worked closely with Area Managers and receiving their personal requests for drop offs or pick ups, monitoring certain site/guard for certain reasons, and updating both of us in order to keep the business flow at steady pace. • Certified MLEO Officer and issuing tickets to illegally parked vehicles on private property • Floating to different sites as the guard |
