Keeping of accounting. Preparation and performance of the reports to the Funds, Tax Inspectorate, VAT. Keeping of personnel records. Calculation of taxes (VAT, income tax, property, transport, etc.). Quarterly and annual accounts. Work with contractors reconciliation of payments, etc. Communication with the tax inspection and funds. Registration of foreign enterprises and accreditation of foreign branches and representative offices. Preparation and delivery of IFTS, FIU reports, statistics, currency control, non-cash settlements in rubles and in currency (Client-Bank) with residents and non-residents. Personnel accounting (registration of reception, dismissal of workers). Organization of processing of primary documentation (incoming documents, outgoing, bank). Formation of the accounting and tax accounting policies of the company, and monitoring their compliance. Control of receivables and payables and monthly financial statements. Translations of contracts and other documents. Conducting business correspondence and negotiations with clients, translation of negotiations and the various documentation (contracts and different kinds of reports.) The ability to set a task and obtain the results when tackling the given tasks. Good expertise of the communication with the governmental and control structures and with Authorities who have responsibility for the development of entrepreneurship.
