Organization of the activity of the enterprise

in Russia (translation of the business documentation, negotiations, legal and bookkeeping services, marketing services and making up a business plan).

Providing assistance to the beginner businessmen who wants to enter the international market. and also assistance in solution to the problem relates to the organizations and running a business in Russia.

And of course my accounting duties:

Participate in the preparation of financial statements and a balance sheet. Control and reconciliation of suspense and prepaid accounts. Control of payments, weekly and monthly reporting on costs and revenues, budget and actuals analysis. My key tasks also included delivery of cash flow forecast reporting and control, budgeting of company revenues and expenses, supervising the contractors in terms of reliability, contract conclusion, issuing invoices, acts etc.

Prepare and submit the statistics and other tax reports,

the registration and accreditation of the companies with the foreign investments.

Oral and written translation of the documentation, contracts and negotiations.

Keeping of accounting. Preparation and performance of the reports to the Funds, Tax Inspectorate, VAT. Keeping of personnel records. Calculation of taxes (VAT, income tax, property, transport, etc.). Quarterly and annual accounts. Work with contractors reconciliation of payments, etc. Communication with the tax inspection and funds. Registration of foreign enterprises and accreditation of foreign branches and representative offices.

Conducting business correspondence and negotiations with clients, translation of negotiations and the various documentation (contracts and different kinds of reports.)
